One scene that is different in the movie from the book is when the men are in the cave with Cyclops. In the book Odysseus is the one who has the idea to stab Cyclops in the eye and get him drunk. This is different because in the movie it is not Odysseus who does this it is one of his men.
This is one way that the scenes are different in the movie and book. Another difference in the book is when Odysseus is traveling and he stays on the island with Circe. In the book he stayed with her for a year and in the movie he was with her for five years.
These are just a few of the differences in the scenes from the book and movie. While there are many differences in the book and movie there are also many similarities.
One similarity is that in the movie the characters played their parts like they were in the book.
